The hair transplantation procedure typically takes between 5 to 6 hours and involves various stages, such as the anesthesia phase, the collection of follicular units, and their insertion into the recipient area. After the initial phase dedicated to local anesthesia, the second phase begins, during which grafts (clusters of hair follicles) are individually extracted from the donor area (usually the back of the head, an area unaffected by androgenetic alopecia). Subsequently, the grafts are transplanted into the areas requiring treatment.
